Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Chekkly, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Chekkly is a digital platform that facilitates the purchase of WAEC (West African Examinations Council) result checking vouchers. We act as an intermediary between customers and WAEC for voucher distribution.

3. Voucher Purchase

When you purchase a voucher:

• Payment must be completed via MTN or Telecel Mobile Money through Paystack
• Vouchers are delivered instantly via SMS to your provided phone number
• Email delivery is provided as a backup (if email address is provided)
• You can purchase between 1 and 10 vouchers per transaction
• Each voucher costs GHS 25.00

4. Voucher Validity

All vouchers sold on Chekkly are WAEC result checker vouchers. WAEC result checker vouchers do not have an expiry date and remain valid until they are used. Once a voucher has been used to check results, it can be used a couple more times for the same index number. Chekkly is not responsible for vouchers that have already been used or compromised after delivery.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the instant digital nature of our service:

• All sales are final once the voucher is delivered
• Refunds are only provided if payment was successful but voucher was not delivered
• Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase
• Contact [email protected] for refund requests with your transaction reference
• We do not refund for user error (for example, wrong phone number or unused vouchers)

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate phone number and email address
• Keep your voucher codes secure and confidential
• Not share or resell vouchers purchased through our platform
• Use vouchers only for their intended purpose (checking WAEC results)
• Not attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse our service

7. Limitation of Liability

Chekkly is not liable for any issues with the WAEC results checking system itself. We only facilitate voucher purchase and delivery. For issues with checking results on the WAEC portal, please contact WAEC directly.

8. Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to suspend service for maintenance or updates with minimal notice.

9. Pricing

All prices are in Ghana Cedis (GHS). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect already completed transactions.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service to:

• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Attempt to hack or disrupt our systems
• Use automated bots or scrapers
• Resell vouchers at inflated prices
• Impersonate others or provide false information

11. Intellectual Property

All content on Chekkly, including design, logo, and text, is owned by Chekkly and protected by copyright laws. WAEC is a trademark of the West African Examinations Council.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms of Service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
